Members of Thrivent Financial for Lutherans can take advantage of their new
matching program, GivingPlus®. The GivingPlus program is as follows:
- Gifts of $1 - $600 (per member, per year) to eligible institutions (such
as Bethany) are subject to 50% matching: for each dollar you give, Thrivent will contribute 50 cents.
- If you give to multiple institutions, Thrivent will only match gifts to two of them.
- For 2006, $24 million has been dedicated for GivingPlus.
- Members must be 16 year or older to participate.
To take advantage of this program, you need to join Thrivent Financial for Lutherans
if you are not already a member. You are a member if you own insurance or banking products
from Thrivent, or if you have been accepted as an associate member. An associate membership  costs $10 per person per year.
After you make a donation to Bethany (either online or by mail), request a GivingPlus form from Thrivent or Bethany and mail the completed form to Bethany Lutheran College, 700 Luther Drive, Mankato, MN 56001.
